New PVS performance counters for latency reporting

You can now run the Windows Performance Monitor to gather statistics about the following from the newly added latency counters :

• Average PVS Read Operations/sec
• Average PVS Write Operations/sec
• Average Seconds per PVS Read Operation (covers the entire process of the read request)
• Average Seconds per vDIsk Read Operation (covers the time taken for the disk read done as part of a PVS read)
• Average Seconds per PVS Write Operation (covers the time to process one write request including individual requests in an MIO request)
• Average Seconds per vDisk Write Operation (covers the time to issue a vDisk write at the end of a set of PVS write requests).
