Improved Account and Personal Settings Workflow

The user menu at the top-right of the console will include both account-level and personal settings in one easy-to-use interface.

The information currently displayed in "My Profile" sections will be consolidated into one "My settings" page. The "Account settings" will reflect account-specific configurations based on the administrators role.
