Changes to cipher suites required by Citrix Cloud

Citrix Gateway service - DNS update required for Gateway Service in Commercial and Japan regions - *.akadns.net

Citrix Gateway Service
Gateway Service - To ensure that the Citrix Cloud Connector, client, or VDA resolve the necessary DNS queries to connect to the Citrix Gateway Service, you must include *.akadns.net in the allowed list of domains for recursive DNS resolution on your DNS forwarders. This requirement applies to the Commercial and Japan regions.

Azure Gov Cloud - DNS update required for Gateway Service - usgovtrafficmanager.net
